Baad Namaaz-e-‘Asr 2 Raka’aton ki adayegi

Jis riwayat mein hai ki Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam Namaaz-e-‘Asr ke baad 2 raka’atein padhte thein woh Hazrat ‘Aaishah RadhiAllahu Anha se marwi hai aur us ke alfaaz yeh hain:

مَا تَرَكَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم السَّجْدَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ عِنْدِي قَطُّ‏.‏

“Mere paas Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam ne ‘Asr ke baad 2 raka’atein kabhi nahi chhodheen”

كتاب مواقيت الصلاة :  باب مَا يُصَلَّى بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ مِنَ الْفَوَائِتِ

Lekin Hazrat Umm Salamah RadhiAllahu Anha se marwi riwayat mein hai ki “Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam ne un ke ghar mein baad Namaaz-e-‘Asr sirf ek martaba 2 raka’atein padhein.” Aur ek doosri riwayat mein hai ki

فَلَمْ أَرَهُ يُصَلِّيهِمَا قَبْلُ وَلاَ بَعْدُ ‏.‏

‘Maine Aap Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam ko yeh 2 raka’atein padhte (kabhi) nahin dekha, na us se pehle na baad mein”
[Saheeh: Saheeh Nasa’i (566)

In Ahadees ke darmiyaan tatbeeq is tarah di gayi hai ki nafi ko rawi ke adm ilm par mahmool kiya jayega ke usey is ki itlaa’ nahin hogi aur mushbat ko nafi par tarjeeh di jayegi (jaisa ki Usool mein yeh baat sabit hai)

Yahan Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam se baad Namaaz-e-‘Asr 2 raka’atein padhna toh sabit ho gaya lekin guzishta riwayat mein hai ki Aap Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam ne khud ‘Asr ke baad koi bhi Namaaz padhna mamnoo’ qarar diya hai.

(Ibn Hazm Rahimahullah) Mumuniyat ki Ahadees mansookh ho chuki hai.

Humare ilm ke mutabiq is mas’ale mein rajeh baat yeh hai ki mumaniyat ki Ahadees mansookh nahin huyeen balki woh muhkam hain aur Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam ne ‘Asr ke baad 2 raka’at Namaaz is liye ada ki thi ki wafar Abdul-Qais ke saath masroofiyat ki wajah se Aap Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam Zuhr ki 2 sunnatein nahin padh sake thein lihaza Aap Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam ne woh 2 sunnatein ‘Asar ke baad ada kar liyen jaisa ki Aap Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam ne farmaya:
فَشَغَلُونِي عَنِ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ اللَّتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الظُّهْرِ، فَهُمَا هَاتَانِ ‏”‏‏.‏

“Qabila Abdul-Qais ke logon ne mujhe Zuhr ke baad ki 2 raka’aton se mashghool kar diya pas yeh wohi 2 raka’atein hain.”

كتاب السهو :
باب إِذَا كُلِّمَ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي فَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ
Aur Aap Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam ka yeh ma’mool tha ki jab bhi koi amal karte baad mein is par madawamat ikhtiyar farmate jaisa ki Hazrat ‘Aaishah RadhiAllahu Anha se marwi riwayat mein hai ki

وَكَانَ إِذَا صَلَّى صَلاَةً أَثْبَتَهَا تَعْنِي دَاوَمَ عَلَيْهَا

“Aap Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam jab bhi koi Namaaz ada farmate toh us par madawamat ikhtiyaar farmate.”

كتاب صلاة المسافرين وقصرها :
باب مَعْرِفَةِ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ اللَّتَيْنِ كَانَ يُصَلِّيهِمَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ
Nasa’i (1/281 Hadees-579) Ibn Khuzaimah (1278) Ibn Hibban (1577)]

Lihaza Aap Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam baad mein bhi Namaaz-e-‘Asr ke baad yeh raka’atein padhte rahe. Baaz logon ka khayal hai ki yeh amal sirf Aap Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam ke saath hi khaas tha is liye jab Aap Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam se daryaft kiya gaya ki “Agar yeh 2 raka’atein faut ho jayein toh kya hum bhi in ki qaza’i dein?” toh Aap Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam ne farmaya: “nahin”

Isi tarah ek riwayat mein hai ki Hazrat ‘Aaishah RadhiAllahu Anha farmati hain:

كَانَ يُصَلِّي بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ وَيَنْهَى عَنْهَا وَيُوَاصِلُ وَيَنْهَى عَنِ الْوِصَالِ ‏.‏

“Aap Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam khud ‘Asr ke baad Namaaz padhte thein lekin (doosron ko) is se manah farmate thein aur Aap Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam khud (roze mein) wisaal farmate (yani 2-2 din ke ikaththe roze rakhte ya us se bhi jyadah ke bhi aur darmiyan mein iftaar na karte) lekin doosron ko manah karte.”
[Za’eef: Za’eef Abu Dawud (278) Za’eef al-Jami’ (4564) Irwa’ al-Ghaleel (441) Abu Dawud (1280)]

In riwayat se bazahir yehi maloom hota hai ki kisi aur ke liye in auqaat mein nawafil ada karna jayez nahin.
[Tuhfat al-Ahwazi (1/568) Subul as-Salam (1/246) Nayl ul-Awtaar (1/319)]

(RAJEH) ‘Asr ke baad jab tak sooraj buland aur roshan ho (yani abhi zard na huwa ho) koi bhi Namaaz ada karna jayez hai khwah faut shudah Farz Namaaz ho, ya Sunnat ho, ya Nafl ho, ya Namaaz-e-Janaza ho.

Is ke dalail hasb-e-zeel hain:

(1) Hazrat Ali RadhiAllahu Anhu se marwi hai ki

  أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الصَّلاَةِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ إِلاَّ وَالشَّمْسُ مُرْتَفِعَةٌ ‏.‏

“Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam ne ‘Asr ke baad Namaaz padhne se manah kiya hai illa ki us soorat mein (jayez hai ki) sooraj bhi buland ho.”
[Saheeh: Saheeh Abu Dawud (1135) 
باب مَنْ رَخَّصَ فِيهِمَا إِذَا كَانَتِ الشَّمْسُ مُرْتَفِعَةً
,Abu Dawud (1274)]

(2) Hazrat Umar RadhiAllahu Anhu se ‘Asr ke baad sooraj zard hone tak Nafl padhne ki ijazat sabit hai.
[Majmoo’ al-Zawa’id (2/223)]

(3) Hafiz Ibn Hajar Rahimahullah ne abhi isi ki taraf isharah kiya hai.

(4) Alawah iz se Sahaba wa Taba’een ki ek Jama’at se ‘Asr ke baad Namaaz padhna sabit hai.

Questioner:

Shaykh, log kehte hain ki Abu Zaid Zameer jo hain mautabar shaksh nahi hain, Hindustan mein Ahle Hadeeson mein unka naam shumar hota hai toh aap kuchh batayein.

Shaykh Dr. Wasiullah Abbas Hafidahullah:

As-Salamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarkatahu, aap ka sawal ki Shaykh Abu Zaid Zameer jo Poona mein hote hain unki ilmi haisiyyat kya hai, kya who is layak hai ki  unse ilm liya ja sakta hai ya yeh ki logon ko Deeni lecture dein? Maine jahan tak unko dekha hai haqeeqat hai ki Aadmi auyyal toh sabse badi khususiyat hai ki Pakke khaalis Salafi Aadmi hain, unke andar kisi qism ka Tassub nahi aur Haqq ki talash mein hain. Doosri yeh ki, Alhamdulillah kuchh na kuchh toh padhe hain, kisike-suna hai baaz ulama ke yahan padhe hain Aneesur Rahman jaise kisine kaha, aapne bhi farmaya lekin agar who jo kuchh padhe hain usko kaam mein lakar ke majeed muta’ala kar rahe hain toh Alhamdulillah hum ne jahan tak  unki taqreer suni hai us muta’ala ke nateejey mein Alhamdulillah khaalis Qur’an aur Hadees ki baatein karte hain, is wajah se unse ilm lena Alhamdulillah bahut hi yani kamyabi ki cheez hai. Doosri baat yeh hai ki, aaj kaal ilm ka tareeqa sirf yeh nahi ki certificate haasil kar lein , ilm ka tareeqa Alhamdulillah Kitabein bahut phayil chuki hai aur doosre tareeqe net wagaira ke jariye se Aadmi agar Sahih ulama ki Kitabein padh raha hai, misaal ke taur par Shaykh Albani thein unhone se aage apni padhai nahi ki lekin apni mehnat se Allah ke fazal se ini Aimma ki Kitabon mein raat din guzar kar ke itne bade Aalim ho gayein ki kayi sadi ke darmiyan itna bada Muhaddis koi nahi paida huwa hai. Toh Abu Zaid Zameer ke baarey mein jahan tak maloomat humari hain who bahut hi qabil Aadmi hain, aur raat raat jag kar ke masle ki tehqeeq karte hain aur taiyyari karte hain jab bolna hota hai toh, ut-patang nahi bolte hain, baqaida who taiyyari kar ke Alhamdulillah ilmi baat karte hain, Quran aur Hadees se istedlal humne aur koi baat nahi suni. Ab agar aap kehte hain kuchh log kehte hain unko kya authority hai, kaunsi certificate hai jisse unki baat suni jaye toh hum yeh kehna chahte hain ki kya koi aisa hai bhi jo unki batooon mein galti nikal sake? Agar galti nahi hai toh unki baat leni chahiye, aur agar galti hai toh unki tambhi honi chahiye lekin Alhamdulillah woh is layak hain ki bade bade Alhamdulillah masail mein achhi guftagu Qur’an Hadees ki roshni mein karte hain, unse Alhamdulillah chipak karke hum chahte hain humare naujawan us ilake mein ya kahin bhi ho jahan bhi jaye unse istifada zaroor kare. Allah Taala unko shehat de, Aadmi bahut hi maqool humein nazar aayein, Allah Taala unki umar lambi kare, abhi Alhamdulillah naujawan hain, Allah ka shukr hai, aur yeh jazba ki, humare khayal se padhai kuchh aur ki hai lekin yeh ki Alhamdulillah Deeni kaam badi mehnat se kar rahe hain, Allah unko jyada se jyada taufeeq dein, Hum unse mohabbat karte hain aur unke liye Duaaein karte hain aur unse guzarish hai humare liye bhi Duaa kare.

Wa Sallalahu aala khayri khalqihi Muhammadin wa aala alihi wa ashaabihi ajmayeen.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ‏- رضى الله عنه ‏- قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-فِي اَلْبَحْرِ: { هُوَ اَلطُّهُورُ مَاؤُهُ, اَلْحِلُّ مَيْتَتُهُ } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلْأَرْبَعَةُ, وَابْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ وَاَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu riwayat karte hain ki Rasool Allah ﷺ ne Samandar ke paani ke mutaliq (ek saksh ki sawal ke jawab mein) farmaya ki, “Is ka paani paak hai aur is ka murdar Halal hai.”

(Is Hadees ko Abu Dawud, Tirmizi, Nasa’i, Ibn Majah aur Ibn Abi Shaibah ne riwayat kiya hai. Matan Hadees ke alfaaz Ibn Abi Shaibha ke hain. Ibn Khuzaima aur Tirmizi ne isey Sahih karar diya hai. Is riwayat ko Malik, Shafi’ee aur Ahmad ne bhi riwayat kiya hai.)

আবূ হুরাইরা (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত; রাসূলুল্লাহ ﷺ সমুদ্রের পানি প্রসঙ্গে বলেনঃ “ওর পানি পবিত্র এবং এর মৃত প্রানী হালাল (খাওয়া বৈধ)।

(আবু দাউদ, তিরমিযী, নাসাঈ, ইবনু মাজাহ, ইবনু আবী শাইবা, শব্দগুলো ইবনু আবী শাইবার; ইমাম মালিক, শাফিঈ ও আহ্‌মাদ ইবনু হাম্বলও একে বর্ণনা করেছেন; ইবনু খুযাইমা ও তিরমিযী এই হাদিসটিকে সহীহ্‌ বলেছেন।)

Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said, “Concerning the sea, its (the sea) water is pure (suitable for performing ablution) and its dead (animals) are lawful (Halal to eat, without any prescribed slaughtering).

[It is related by the four Imams (Abu Dawud, at-Tirmidhi, an-Nasai & Ibn Majah) and Ibn Abi Shaibah (the text mentioned above is his). Ibn Khuzaimah and at-Tirmidhi graded it as Sahih. {It was also reported by Malik, Shafi’ee and Ahmad}.]

عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، قَالَ إِنَّ هَذَا الْعِلْمَ دِينٌ فَانْظُرُوا عَمَّنْ تَأْخُذُونَ دِينَكُمْ ‏.‏

“This knowledge is the (foundation of) religion, so watch from whom you learn your religion.”
