BHAINS KI QURBANI KA HUKUM
Shari’at ne aise janwar bataur Qurbani jabah karne ka hukum diya hai jin par “BAHEEMATUL AN’AAM” ka lafz bola ja sakta ho aur woh janwar airf Unt, Gai, Bheda aur Bakri hain jaisa ke pichhe bayan kiya ja chuka hai is liye sirf inhi janwaron ki Qurbani karni chahiye aur Bhains ki Qurbani se ijtinab hi behtar hai bilkhusoos is liye bhi ke Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam se bhi Bhains ki Qurbani sabit nahin hai.
Jo log Bhains ki Qurbani ke jawaz ke qayil hain un ke han daleel bas yehi hai ke lafz BAQAR mein yeh bhi shamil hai ya phir us ko BAQAR par qiyas karte hain aur yeh baat maloom hai ke Gai ki Qurbani Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam ke Qaul, Amal aur Taqreer se sabit hai lihaza Gai ki Qurbani karni chahiye jo Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alayhi Wa-sallam se sabit hai.
(Sayyid Sabiq Rahimahullah) Qurbani Unt, Gai aur Bhed Bakri ke alawa Jayez nahin Allah Ta’ala ne farmaya hai “Woh yaad karein Allah Ta’ala ka naam us cheez par jo Allah Ta’ala ne unhein Maweshi chaupayon mein se ataa kiya.”

(Rajeh) Bhains ki Qurbani na ki jaye balki Sunnat ke mutabiq Unt, Gai, Bheda aur Bakri se Qurbani ki jaye.
